Another example of edible services offered is this beautiful garden I started when the West Saanich Road House Bar and Grill opened it’s doors in April 2009. A Chefs delight; what is planted is designed to meet their specific needs and usage. The garden contains over 50 different edible flowers, plants, herbs, and berries for culinary use. Photos will be updated throughout the season.
